About Clearline

Founders rarely need another strategy deck. They need the ten jobs their company repeats every week written down, owned by a named person and measured, so the place keeps running on the days nobody is watching it. That is the whole of our work.

How we work

We fix the process, not the symptom

Most of what a founder calls a people problem is a process nobody wrote down. We sit with the team for a fortnight, watch the work happen, and rebuild the three or four routines that everything else depends on.

What you can buy, and what it costs

£1,800, one day

One day in your building. We map how work really moves, name the three things costing you the most, and you leave with a written plan you can start on Monday.

Harlow & Fen order promise

A coffee roastery was shipping 18% of wholesale orders late. We rebuilt the pick-and-pack routine and the weekly plan behind it. Late deliveries are now 3% and nobody works Saturdays.

Bramble Care rota rebuild

A home care provider was spending £31,000 a quarter on overtime to cover gaps found on the day. One rota, built a fortnight ahead with named cover, took that to £9,000.

Kestrel quote turnaround

A parts manufacturer took nine days to return a quote and lost work it never heard about. Pricing moved into one sheet with clear rules; quotes go back in two days and the win rate is up from 22% to 34%.

What clients say
Dev Raichura, founder of Harlow & Fen
"We had bought software twice for a problem that turned out to be a pick list in the wrong order. Clearline spent two weeks watching us work before they suggested anything. Late deliveries went from 18% to 3% and I have my Saturdays back."

Adaeze Nwosu, operations director at Kestrel Components
"They wrote down the pricing rules we had been carrying in one person’s head, trained two others on them, and left. Quotes now go back in two days instead of nine, and we can see which ones we lose."

Tom Vasey, managing director of Bramble Care
"Our rota was rebuilt every morning by whoever answered the phone first. It now goes out a fortnight ahead with named cover. Overtime fell from £31,000 a quarter to £9,000 and our carers stay."

Mei Harada, co-founder of Saltmarsh Interiors
"I expected a deck. What I got was three routines written on one page each, owned by people who are not me, and a number on the wall for each of them. The week is quieter and the business is not."
