About Clearline
Clearline started in 2019 after fifteen years of running operations inside other people’s companies. We take on eight clients a year, work in food, care, manufacturing and trades, and finish what we start: every programme has an end date written down on the first day.

The method
What the 90 days look like
Twelve weeks, four stages, and an end date written down at the start.
We come in and watch. No workshops, no survey: we sit with the people doing the work and write down what actually happens, including the bits that only happen when something goes wrong.
